Russian Severstal cuts its cabon flat offers to Turkey

The Russian steelmaker Severstal is going to cut its July's hot roll coil offer by US$40/MT and cold roll coil offer by US$55/MT than its offer prices in May to its Turkey buyers.

In fact, Severstal has already cut its HRC and CRC prices by US$15~16/MT in last month. Severstal's HRC offer price for 15,000 ton or above order quantity is US$540~560/MT CFR; for 3,000 tons or above order quantity is US$560~575/MT CFR; its offer for steel plate by 3,000 tons or above order quantity will be US$585~640/MT CFR; the offer for CRC by 3,000 tons or above order quantity will be US$660~695/MT CFR.

Shipment for those offers will be end of August and early September.
